At Zoe Community Services, we provide transport services that enable people with disability to participate in recreational, social and community activities. We offer transport services to meet the needs and preferences of an NDIS participant. We will make the necessary transport arrangements for:
A modified or adaptive vehicle (e.g. wheelchair accessibility, animal-friendly, etc.)
A professional transport service full of courtesies – this means that we meet you at your door, help you with your bags, take an interest in what you like and how you like to be supported
A trained driver and other support staff
An alternatives if your NDIS funding package is insufficient to meet your needs
A support for full time and permanent access to your own customised/ modified vehicle
